General Terms and Conditions of AmanheSer - Retreatcenter

We always endeavour to create an intimate community atmosphere during your stay. The following guidelines are designed to help ensure that AmanheSer retreats run smoothly. Not only do we put a lot of love, time and energy into organising our retreats, but we also have to make non-refundable payments upfront in order for them to take place. For this reason, we ask you to read our terms and conditions carefully before you book. We try to keep this agreement as readable as possible, but in some cases it is necessary for legal reasons that some wording is “legalese”. By transferring your deposit you declare that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions on this page.

All contractual relationships between AmanheSer Retreat (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) are subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. They apply to all contracts concluded between the Organiser and the Participant using the means of distance communication email, fax, postcard, letter or Internet website. The business purpose of the contract is the participation in events, in particular retreats, seminars, further training, lectures, 1-to-1 training, participation in the online programme etc. (hereinafter referred to as services). Changes and/or additions to this must be made in writing/text form.

1.2. These terms and conditions take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions of the participant.

.

Personal data such as first name, surname, address, postcode, city, telephone number and email address are collected when the contract is initiated in order to process the contract and organise participation in an event.

The personal data is used for contract processing. Customer data is used and processed exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection laws. The data will not be passed on to third parties independently of the fulfilment of the contract, nor will it be passed on for general advertising purposes or for market and opinion research.

After the contract has been processed, the customer can request that his customer account be deleted or that he be given information about the stored data.

After conclusion of the contract, the organiser assumes that the participant is still interested in offers and information from the organiser. In order to enable the Organiser to contact the Participant at a later date by post or e-mail, the Participant therefore agrees in principle to the storage of his/her personal data for this purpose, unless the customer objects to this further storage.

3.1 After registration in writing/text form, the participant will receive the invoice details, also in writing. To confirm the reservation we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 100 EUR. Only when we have received your deposit or proof of payment your reservation will be officially confirmed. The 100 EUR will be deducted from the total amount of the booked event.

3.2. We work with a limited number of participants. If there are overlaps in the written registrations and the maximum number of participants is exceeded, places will be allocated in the order in which payment is received.

3.3. The total amount should not be paid before 45 days before the start of the event.

If you have to cancel later:

– 44-30 days before the start of the retreat, 80% will be refunded in case of cancellation*
– 29-15 days before the start of the retreat, 40% will be refunded in case of cancellation*.
– 14-0 days before the start of the event 0% refund in case of cancellation
Should it be the case that there is another booking of equal value for these dates and another participant confirms 100% of the booking, part of the booking fee may be refunded.
*(minus the non-refundable deposit)

No-shows, late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations for the purposes of this regulation.

3.4. Rebookings are only possible with the agreement of the organiser. There is no entitlement to this. Rebooking to another date is possible as soon as 100% of the payment has been made.

3.5. Should any part of the invoice amount or seminar fee be outstanding on the day of the Retreat, the participant is NOT entitled to participate in the event.

3.6.  The participant is responsible for the cost of travelling to our retreat centre. These are not included in the price of the retreat.

Advice: We recommend that all clients take out holiday insurance. This must be taken out independently as it is not included in the price of the retreat. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a booking. Please consider taking out holiday cancellation insurance.

Any bank charges incurred are to be borne by the participant.

In order to protect the privacy of all retreat or seminar participants, audio, photo or video recordings may only be made and published with the prior agreement and permission of each individual participant and course organiser.

Severability  Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning of the invalid provision.

Please note that participation in AmanheSer Retreat events and related services is a face-to-face – heart-to-heart – programme.
