The founders of the center AmanheSer,\u00a0 Maria & Jos\u00e9, are therapists with more than 30 years of experience working with people and the body. Body-based therapy forms the core of their approach, offering a grounded way to engage with lived experience. Over time, their practice has grown through listening, presence and long-term engagement with human experience. From this, a place was created for people who feel drawn to personal growth and a quieter, more attentive way of being with themselves.<\/p>

At the heart of the work is the understanding that what we experience is lived not only in the mind, but also in the body\u2014shaped by sensation, memory and awareness. The nature is an essential part of this setting. It offers stillness and space, helping to step back from everyday life and return to a more direct sense of presence.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our work is guided by experience, presence and a deep respect for each person\u2019s individual process. Rather than following a fixed method, we meet people where they are\u2014responding with attention, sensitivity and care. Different backgrounds and approaches inform our work, allowing each session to unfold in a way that fits the moment and the person. Shaped by her own life experience, Maria’s therapeutic work is grounded in lived understanding and professional training, bringing together experience and formal knowledge in a balanced and practical way.<\/p>

She supports people who feel stuck in repeating patterns or held by experiences that no longer feel supportive. The focus is on bringing awareness to what is carried in the body and in lived memory, creating space for these patterns to soften and gradually shift.<\/p>

Experiences in South America, where encounters with traditional plant medicine practices took place, opened a deeper awareness of the connection between body, nature and consciousness. This perspective has been integrated into the work in a grounded and practical way.<\/p>

The approach is guided by what emerges in the present moment, rather than a predetermined method.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Jos\u00e9 combines extensive medical knowledge with many years of experience working with patients in clinical and therapeutic contexts.<\/p>

    What also shapes his work is his own life experience. Through it, he has come to understand what it means to face inner challenges, move through periods of difficulty, and gradually release long-held emotional pain.<\/p>

    Today, he supports people who are going through personal crisis, inner struggle, or moments of deep change. His focus is on helping them reconnect with their own inner resources and develop trust in their capacity for change.<\/p>

    Alongside his therapeutic work, music plays an important role in his practice. It offers a direct and non-verbal way to support emotional processes and inner regulation.<\/p>

      We have attached great importance to creating a safe and welcoming space in which deep healing and transformation can take place. Modelled on a typical former dwelling of the indigenous natives of Brazil, we have also built our therapy oca from natural materials such as clay, wood and brushwood.
      The round shape reflects the natural environment. The brazilian ancestors understood another aspect of round living. Living in a round house offers a balance between the view inwards and outwards, the view of the natural environment and the surroundings, but also the return to one’s own self and one’s own heart.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
