They are at your side to answer important questions about your existence, to strengthen your basic trust and to allow a deep and inner security to grow in life. By accepting you as you are, you develop your self-love.

Systemic Body Therapy

In body-led trauma therapy, we work primarily with body sensations. These guide us in the therapy. Experiences from the past, or more precisely from non-verbal time, are stored in an area of our brain that is initially not consciously accessible. If we are unable to react appropriately in a certain situation, this energy remains tied up in our organism. This applies to early childhood as well as later phases of life. The experience is linked to a bodily reaction (body memory). Allowing (deep) sensations and conscious perception at the body level is not easy for many people. As therapists, we support this process so that emotions and moods can be expressed and become conscious.

“Journey into your own pregnancy, birth and the connection to your ancestors”

Life doesn’t just begin at birth. Already during pregnancy and especially the postnatal period have a strong formative influence on the development of our personality. This workshop will give you an insight into the origins of your own story. It is aimed at people who have the willingness and courage to look at their own personal issues. Only by recognizing and becoming aware can your own patterns be transformed and dissolved.

We have access to the subconscious through the body. By experiencing and becoming aware of our own body sensations, we find a way to better recognize and understand our own issues.

Your body lets you sense how you really feel. In our workshop on “Working with the inner child”, you have the opportunity to step out of these body sensations and create new decision space. A space that you didn’t have as a baby or child. On a deep level, you will connect with yourself and your inner child through your body. In this space you can make new decisions for yourself so that they are right for you now.
